Job title AGM Operations

Location Hyderabad.

Overview of the role

To provide elaborate hospitality experience by driving food and beverage operations proactively with complete transparency and integrity. Have thorough understanding of the hospitality business to forecast appropriate food programs and keep offering exciting for the users, clients, leaders and professionals.

Operation

  • Organize and supervise cafe spaces in accordance with and to the standards required by Sodexo at client location and food programs and closely work with Account lead/Site director.
  • Responsible for overall efficient and effective management of F&B Service while meeting experience, food and hygiene standards in line with the food program.
  • Collaborate with Account Director/ Zonal Head and procurement to own vendor relationships by managing agreed scope, food quality and SLA set out as food and beverage experience strategy.
  • Lead periodic connect with internal key stakeholders to review and identify areas of improvement and deliver action plans to meet the business objectives.
  • Define escalation matrix for good governance and executing critical decisions timely.
  • Conduct regular safety walk/safety observations and audits and report analysis and provide inputs to ensure corrective actions are taken by the team/vendors and are addressed based on the nature of the incident.
  • To safeguard and efficiently engage all resources, inventories, stocks, company assets, equipment and personnel.
  • Ensure availability of snack items, beverages and menu offerings in sufficient quantities and per timing and guidelines.
  • Ensure all user, client requirements are communicated to internal stakeholders in advance to ensure effective planning.
  • Ensure food, employee, workplace, fire equipment and infrastructure safety.
  • Advice Account lead/procurement lead with vendor relationship and approach to address deviation.
  • Liaise with the team to ensure alignment with the business goals and vision of Sodexo.
  • Ensure quality of work by adhering to Sodexo service standards.

Floor Management

  • Manage floor aesthetics and ensure that infra of the floor does not degrade over time.
  • Monitor stock of F&B supplies, infrastructure, equipment and other relevant inventories.
  • Conduct morning cafe and food spaces checks, continue checking cleanliness of floor and address issues immediately.
  • Be knowledgeable of how to use all the gadgets inside the premises and keep upgrading yourself with time.
  • Own signages, floor TV’s, displays and integrated menu display screens to ensure they are functional and update them if required.
  • Always be sure of health and safety guidelines, ensure use of safety signs and barriers.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Report writing and making presentations.
  • Team player as well as effective leader with strong interpersonal skills and culinary knowledge.
  • Strong computer skills
