Job Description

Are you a visionary HR leader ready to drive strategic initiatives and foster a high-performing organizational culture? We are looking for an experienced CHRO to lead the HR function and align people strategies with business goals for a leading bottled water organization in the industry.


Job Location: Ahmedabad

Industry: Food & Beverages (Only)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organizations business objectives and long-term vision.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, leadership development, and succession planning to build a future-ready workforce.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promote an inclusive work environment by embedding DEI principles across all HR policies and practices.
  • Performance Management: Design and lead performance frameworks to drive employee accountability and business outcomes.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Establish competitive and equitable compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to adapt to evolving market demands and business priorities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and industry standards while mitigating potential risks.
  • Executive Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on people-related strategies and decisions.

Qualifications:


  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 12+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Proven track record in organizational development, talent strategy, and cultural transformation.
  • Expertise in HR compliance, labor laws, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with C-suite executives.
  • Experience in managing HR during rapid growth and change is a plus.
