Export Manager

We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to join one of the largest producers and exporters in the Organic Pigments industry! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global leader in a rapidly growing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive export sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and explore new international markets for pigments across industries like paints, plastics, and printing inks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and industry partners.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with overseas customers.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and shipping requirements.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and R&D teams to meet client demands and ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and other networking opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.

Qualifications:

• 2 + years of experience in export management, preferably within the chemical or pigment industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
