Manager - Talent Management
Job Description:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain high quality employees.
- Assess the current talent pipeline and recommend solutions to close any gaps.
- Align talent management initiatives with the institute strategic goals and objectives.
- Oversee the performance management process, including setting goals, regular performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Guide managers in creating development plans for employees and ensuring they meet their potential.
- Identify and implement improvement strategies for underperforming employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyse employee turnover and retention data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate talent management strategies and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent and transparent communication across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates should have Full Time Post Graduation / MBA in Human Resource specialization with a good academic record.
Minimum Experience:
- About 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. SAP HR knowledge is essential.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
