Role Summary:

- The Manager - Talent Management will be responsible for driving employee engagement, employee relations, Performance management, coordination and evaluation of employee retention plans.

- Responsible for Showrooms and Corporate office.

Key responsibilities:

- The key responsibilities of Manager Talent management include, but are not limited to the following:

- Performance management

- Employee engagement

- Talent growth and retention

- Employee relations

- Facilitator for all Talent development related activities

Desired Competencies:

- To perform this job successfully, following competencies are critical:

- Experience of managing employee strength of over 2000

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Understanding organizational goals, identifying avenues of need, proactive institution of Talent retention initiatives.

- Good written and oral communication

- To be conversant in Telugu (desirable) and willing to travel to locations when required.

Profile:

MBA in HR / MSW/MA Social work from premier schools with at least 8 12 years of relevant experience. Male or Female candidates willing to travel.
