Roles & responsibilities:
1. All Product Development
2. Market analysis and business development for capturing the extensive network globally of Export and Domestic market.
3. Product Approvals
4. End to End Functions- Project initiation till Post Services (Complaints settlement)
5. Designers/ Architects/ Consultants of all Regions
a. Networking in all major and minor cities/towns etc
b. Approvals/Certifications for Government/ private owned for larger projects and driving product awareness
c. Mapping the existing and upcoming projects, meeting the consultants, designers, EPC's, customers
6. Creating market for Increasing share of business in Value added products for maximizing the NSR and margins
7. Technical Support- Customer complaint settlement
8. Making Customer awareness on JSPL's new development through Electronic mailer, Presentations, Meeting, and Seminars. Updating customer on additional facilities.
9. Technical support to branding on development of Brochures, leaflets, technical presentations, AV's, Product Booklets , Publications in technical magazines
10. Customer Feedback, customer retention
11. Knowledge sharing with all zonal sales team, new entrants.
12. Liaising with Ministry of Steel, Ministry of Road Transport & National Highways, Ministry of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Railway Board, CPWD BIS and other policy makers for inclusion of JSPL's name in Government Codes and Manuals
Education Qualification: B.Tech in Metallurgy is Must Have

It is a well recognised organisation, and if someone is a trainee or just starting his or her career then they can learn a lot from this place. It will develop mental toughness which I believe is the most important skill to develop.
There is lot of politics in the organisation. People who deserves promotion & appraisal hardly gets any recognition. Growth is too slow. Work culture is poor. Work life balance is terrible. Policies are poor. They have taken limited out of their name but the life as an employee is limited only. I personally suggest people not to be the part of this organisation.
