Associate Manager (Coke Oven)

He will be responsible for Electrical maintenance,PM,routine inspection,trouble shooting,breakdown maintenance of Battery,by-product,Coal & Coke route,CDQ, TG, Boiler in Recovery type coke oven. To execute various shutdown maintenance activities,analyse problem and take necessary corrective and preventive actions. To assist seniors and colleagues in planning and execution of various development jobs. To guide the sub-ordinates for job planning & execution. To execute safety in all maintenance activities in battery maintenance activities. Documentation & record keeping of maintenance activities through SAP.

1. PM & Shutdown activities: To Plan and Execute maintenance activity.

2. Planning & monitoring: Inspect,monitor and take timely action to prevent deterioration & breakdowns.

3. Day to day interaction & meetings with team, suppliers & agencies: Anticipating future delays, threats and taking proactive steps to mitigate for on time job execution.

4. To analyze breakdowns and to review maintenance plan: To identify root cause & take necessary corrective actions. To optimize the maintenance activity for improved plant reliability.

5. Spare part availability and development: Ensuring optimum critical and other spare availability for maintenance activity.

6. Interaction & coordination with technology provider: For checking engineering data, specification, drawings, providing necessary data for finalization of layout and engineering.

7. Interaction & coordination with consultant & Suppliers: To explore cost effective engineering solution to problematic areas.

8.Breakdown root cause analysis: Understanding the root cause and suggest corrective & preventive actions to avoid re-occurrence.

9. Implement Preventive Maintenance Plan (Develop Action plans , Individual Objectives and targets to align with the over all PM Plan and periodic monitoring of the progress.)

10. Co-ordinate and ensure reduction of Energy Consumption Initiate Energy conservation drives by identifying and implementing at least 4 energy saving initiatives.

11. Co-ordinate and ensure Motor failures: Reduce the maintenance cost of Motor repairing and developing in house expertise to do the motor rewinding activities
