Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive performance management strategy that aligns with the companys vision, mission and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain performance management policies, procedures, and tools to ensure consistent application across all Locations.
  • Implement goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Collaborate with HR heads from all locations to ensure top-down approach for establishing Key Performance Indicators.
  • Periodically review the performance system and ensure its effective, fair, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Review and develop the total rewards strategy, including salary structure, bonuses, incentives, and long-term reward plans for the organization.
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the company's offerings are competitive.
  • Implement performance driven compensation structure and incentive programs that reward high performance, high potential meeting organizational objectives.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure systems are user-friendly, efficient, and meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal standards related to performance management.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on performance metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain company-wide compensation and benefits policies, ensuring they are communicated clearly to all employees.
  • Ensure consistent application of compensation frameworks and manage any exceptions in line with policy.
  • Benchmarking with industrial best practices and execute digital framework.

Functional Competencies:

  • Experience of designing & implementing performance management system.
  • Hands on experience in devising total rewards strategy at organization level with industrial best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.

Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and influence organizational change.
