• Oversee manpower handling, including shift planning and supervision.
  
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth plant operations.
  
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals or FMCG sector.
  
• Strong understanding of daily production planning, dispatch scheduling, manpower handling, and shift planning principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
