...hold for 2 years. NO PL, NO CL, NO SL only 9 Festival leaves in a year that set. No on time salary, No Diwali bonus, No appreciation and no Rewards and recognisation. No any Management, No HR. They treat Employee as a slave. Company never understand or show sympathy with candidate, no personal attachment no kindness. The way of talking with everyone is so pathetic and Rude, there is no any professionalism.There is only 1 person at 1 post and very limited staff hardly 4 to 5 Employee in the company, no back up no supportive. They pass the work from 1 Employee to another just to get the work done anyhow. There is monotonous job no learning, no growth and no any enhancement, In terms of Increments company provides only 2500 INR Fixed Increment in a year, no matter watever is the current salary.
