Jewel NXT is a jewelry manufacturer, exporter based out of SEEPZ SEZ. We cater to clientele based overseas from USA to Australia, UK, and many other countries.
A Customer Service executive will be responsible for one or more clients and will take care of the client right from sampling to commercial orders. Daily tasks involve the following:
- Replying to customer emails with relevant information.
- Submitting cost breakdown sheets for products.
- Coordinating production orders with the factory.
- Coordinating shipments with the EXIM team.
We use various communication methods, mostly email and WhatsApp. Sometimes, phone calls are also preferred.
Logical approach, analytical thinking and customer focused approach are the key capabilities required to execute the job well.
