As an HR Recruiter at Jewelnme PVT LTD ., you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of high-quality candidates who align with our company values and objectives. You will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, source potential candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate hiring. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and a passion for building successful teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Understand the specific requirements for each role and contribute to the creation of detailed job descriptions.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtually interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience .
Selection and Hiring:
Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
Facilitate the offer and negotiation process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed of their application status.
Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management and Reporting:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
