Front Desk Executive

We are looking for Front Office Executive - Onsite

Location - BKC , Trade Centre

6 Days working Monday to Saturday, Fixed timings 08.00 am to 05.00 pm

Role

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring CCTV to check the requirements
• Maintains telecommunication system round a clock
• Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ Yrs of experience in Front Office/ Receptionist
• Females between the age group ( 28 - 40 )
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent organizational skills Phone Skills, Travel Desk Management
• Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, and Customer Focus.
