We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns, enhance social media presence, and drive brand engagement for both Jewel Trendz and Business Visionaries of India.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to grow brand presence and audience engagement.
• Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, audience engagement, and brand awareness.

2. Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Develop and post engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and thought-leadership articles.
• Monitor social media trends, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience effectively.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders for brand partnerships and promotions.

3. SEO & Website Management:

• Enhance website visibility through SEO, content optimization, and technical improvements.
• Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
• Ensure website content is updated regularly with blogs, news, and upcoming event details.

4. Content Marketing & Branding:

• Create compelling content for social media, blogs, press releases, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Work with designers and video editors to create high-quality visual and video content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

5. Lead Generation & Performance Analysis:

• Execute lead generation campaigns for Jewellery Carnival, Business Visionaries of India, and other premium events.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign optimization.
• Generate detailed reports and insights to improve marketing strategies.

6. Event Promotions & PR Management:

• Drive digital promotional campaigns for events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
• Coordinate with media, PR agencies, and industry influencers for maximum event reach.
• Implement audience engagement strategies to enhance participation and sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, and Email Marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Experience in website management, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing software is a plus.

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, branding, and storytelling skills.
• Creative and analytical mindset to drive campaign success.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong networking skills to collaborate with industry influencers and stakeholders.
