Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our brands presence across various social media platforms. You will develop, implement, and monitor social media strategies to increase engagement, drive traffic, and enhance brand visibility.
Please note that you must have the expertise and strategies to increase followership across all channels for our clients (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X)
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute social media strategies to align with marketing goals, ensuring the growth of brand awareness and online engagement.
Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms (including text, images, videos, and infographics) that reflects the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
Community Management: Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries, while fostering an active and engaged community.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion) to track campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and organic campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand's social presence fresh and innovative.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content maintains a consistent voice and aesthetic, aligned with brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess social media performance and provide actionable insights.
Creative thinking with a passion for staying on top of digital trends.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with paid social media advertising.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
