Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms (eg, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and insights to optimize strategy and drive results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Stay informed about competitors activities and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns .
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
- Working days/ timings Mon-Friday (10:00-7:00) Alternate Saturdays
- Work from the Office. The office is in Goregaon East. .
