Job Description
Manage the general office administration, including repair and maintenance
Make travel & hotel arrangements for Guests as per requirements.
Organizing and managing the Special events, such as annual meeting, management review meetings etc.
Ensure the payment for utility bills such as electricity bill, telephone bills, property tax, water & sewage taxes etc. are made before due dates.
Purchase of materials and inventory management.
Managing the day to day functions HR activities including sending the monthly staff attendance for Payroll Management.
Coordinate with Head Office Accounts and execute the functional requirements of the Accounts department from time to time including the maintenance of petty cash, cash registers and raise vouchers as per the guidelines.
Maintaining discipline and organizational culture.
Assist in Recruitment process, Employee Joining Formalities, employee orientation and conduct exit interviews etc.,
Orientation / Induction process for new Entrants.
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
Organize office operations and procedures
Manage daily activity of offcie boys and peons to ensure optimum delivery of services
Track, manage and maintain office equipments
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage office GA budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Provide general support to visitors
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)Role & responsibilities
