IT Executive: • Solving IT support queries from PAN India centres and to ensure client satisfaction. • To manage ticketing system. • End to end operations for IT projects and systems. • Should have good knowledge of MS-Outlook, M-365 & Google workspace. • To take care of LMS queries. • To manage Antivirus and CCTV services. • Printer troubleshooting & refilling work. • Ensure company compliances at all times by defining & ensuring adherence to established processes and maintaining updated documentation at all times. • Vendor Management & Co-ordination (Ticket Closure). • Install and configure software and hardware with management of network services and technology tools. • Monitor, maintain system & Internet performance and troubleshoot issues and outages. • Ensure security through access controls, data backups and firewalls. • Should have good knowledge of Network and should able to manage network services of the company.
