Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Executive to manage payroll for our healthcare staff, including nurses, doctors, and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs). The ideal candidate will have payroll experience, preferably in healthcare, and a strong grasp of UK legislation and NHS pay structures

Key Responsibilities. Payroll Processing: Administer accurate and timely payroll for all employees

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to UK employment laws, NHS pay scales, and prepare necessary reports

System Management: Manage payroll software, update employee data, and resolve system issues

Documentation: Maintain accurate payroll records and process statutory payments

Communication: Coordinate with HR and Finance, address payroll queries, and support audits
