As a Recruitment Consultant your roles and responsibilities will be as below:.

Booking Nurses, HCA's, and all healthcare staff according to client requirement,.

Making and receiving incoming calls from our Health clients and candidates.

Placing candidates into new shifts and replacement shifts & communicating effectively with clients and candidates..

Bookings shifts, managing cancellations & escalations/DNAs, taking requests from Hospitals & Clients over the phone & Email, co-ordinate with Nurses for Shifts Bookings).

Chasing and taking Accountability for candidate availability,.

Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs..

Develop and implement strategies based on clients' needs..

Source and pre-screen candidates from Job Boards.

Emailing and calling Clients to follow-up for outstanding requirements.

Key Skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment preferrable in Primary Care..

Strong desire to self-learn..

Willing to work on tight deadlines..
