SAP SD Consultant - Vistex Module (7-8 yrs)

Job Title : SAP SD Consultant with Vistex

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

SAP SD Configuration :

- Configure and customize the SAP SD module to handle the sales processes (order to cash).

- Manage order processing, pricing, invoicing, and billing.

- Handle returns, debit/credit notes, and third-party sales.

Vistex Configuration :

- Implement Vistex for pricing, rebates, incentives, and commissions management.

- Manage complex pricing and discount strategies using Vistex functionality.

- Set up rebate agreements, contract management, and settlements in Vistex.

Integration :

- Integrate SAP SD with Vistex and other relevant SAP modules like MM, FI, and PP.

- Work on interface designs and data flow between SAP SD and Vistex, ensuring seamless data transfer and synchronization.

Business Process Analysis :

- Analyze existing business processes related to sales and pricing.

- Gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices using SAP SD and Vistex.

- Provide recommendations for process improvements in sales, rebates, and pricing areas.

Project Execution & Support :

- Participate in SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts involving SAP SD and Vistex.

- Provide production support and resolve system issues related to SD and Vistex.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SD and Vistex configurations.

Documentation and Training :

- Create functional specifications for enhancements and developments in SAP SD and Vistex.

- Prepare user manuals, process flows, and training documentation.

- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

Required Skills :

SAP SD :

- Strong experience in SAP SD module configuration and support.

- In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash (OTC) processes including order management, pricing, invoicing, and billing.

Vistex :

- Hands-on experience with Vistex for pricing, rebates, incentives, and contract management.

- Ability to configure and maintain complex pricing, rebates, and agreements in Vistex.

Integration :

- Knowledge of SAP integration techniques (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs) for integrating SD and Vistex with other modules or external systems.
