Intern : Channel Marketing

Role & responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the physiotherapy community through regular engagement.
• Capture and analyze product feedback from physiotherapists.
• Monitor and facilitate repeat orders.
• Build trust through consistent communication and support.

Program Management:

• Execute strategic marketing campaigns targeted at the physiotherapy community
• Coordinate with design teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of promised materials to physiotherapists
• Research and identify potential collaboration opportunities for community events and camps
• Manage multiple channels of communication including in-person meetings, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
• Draft and personalize outreach messages for community engagement

Administrative Support:

• Maintain detailed collaboration records and execution dashboards
• Provide weekly status updates on ongoing projects
• Prepare and review marketing reports and presentations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for physiotherapy community inquiries
• Manage and update databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education, or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi (Gujarati / Marathi / Kannada would be an additional plus) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach to tasks and challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing and outreach programs within the physiotherapy community
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media and email marketing platforms
• Previous administrative experience

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position
• May require occasional evening or weekend work for special events

• Lead - Corporate Communication, Brand Alliances & Media Relations
• Head (Sales) - Wellness Division
