Regional Business Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for alternate channels such as sports institutions, athletic bodies and elite physiotherapists across India especially in North and West region
• Develop Alternate delivery channels (Institutions associated with Sports / Athletics) and ensure business volumes are aligned with budgeted numbers
• Ensure business performance is in compliance with company policies of fair trade.
• Source and empanel channel partners and Manage Relationships with Channel partners
• Identify and Actively engage in on-ground activations such as key Physiotherapists conferences/
• CMEs, Marathon or other relevant sports events to create awareness and engagement with the brand.
• Collaborate with Marketing team for the on-ground activations for a smooth execution
• Explore other alternate channels like fitness chains for a business association.

Job Specification (Qualification & years of experience) –

• Any Degree
• 5 – 15 Years of Experience in Institutional sales preferably with sports bodies and physiotherapists in atleast 4 states.
• Fluent oral and written communication in English, Hindi and any other local language.
