Sales and Marketing Intern

Role & responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and target potential customers through various channels.
• Assist in generating leads and converting them into sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Support in managing online and offline sales channels.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Assist in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotions.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct R&D to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
• Analyze competitor strategies and suggest improvements.
• Provide insights on new market opportunities and product enhancements.

Customer Engagement & Feedback:

• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns.
• Assist in developing loyalty programs and referral initiatives.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain sales records and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
• Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Passion for fashion and the denim industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
