The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers, garnering their interest, and converting them into qualified leads for the Sales and Business Development team.

Communicating with Customers:
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information via email.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Maintaining Database:
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Maintaining strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
Keeping product and service information up-to-date and ensuring comprehensive product knowledge to answer customer queries.
Collaborating with Sales Team:
Routing qualified leads to the Sales and Business Development team by initiating appointments.
Job Requirements / Desired Skills Set
Bachelor s Degree in Business Management, preferably specialized in Sales & Marketing.
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
