Sales Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the power plant sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and demonstrate power plant products and services to clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Negotiate sales terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the power plant industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of power plant products and services.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
