Senior Social Media Manager

The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for driving our social media strategy and content creation efforts. You will manage content creation for posts, videos, campaigns, and promotions, while working closely with the content, design, and animation teams. This individual contributor role will require collaboration across teams and a hands-on approach to executing and managing social media campaigns, promotions, and community engagement. The role also involves responding to queries and managing communication across various platforms like Telegram groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution:
  Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth across platforms, focusing on KPIs like Instagram followers, YouTube subscribers, and audience engagement metrics.
• Content Creation & Curation:
  Take ownership of creating and curating high-quality social media content, including posts, videos, and campaigns. Collaborate with the content, design, and animation teams to develop creative assets that align with brand goals and resonate with the target audience.
• Community Engagement & Management:
  Manage and engage with followers across various social media channels, including answering support queries and fostering meaningful interactions. Take the lead in managing communication across Telegram groups, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Campaign Promotion & Management:
  Oversee the promotion of campaigns and content across all social channels. Ensure smooth execution of scheduled content and campaigns, while optimizing for engagement and conversions.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  Regularly monitor KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign performance. Analyze social media data and provide insights for improving future strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with the content, design, and animation teams to develop on-brand creative content and ensure that messaging is aligned across all platforms.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
  Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media. Introduce new ideas to keep the content fresh, engaging, and aligned with current trends.
• Content Calendar Management:
  Take ownership of the social media content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and other key initiatives.
• Customer Feedback and Insights:
  Gather and analyze customer feedback from social media channels, working with the customer service or product teams to address concerns and improve the customer experience.
• Campaigns and Promotions:
  Take the lead on ad-hoc social media campaigns, giveaways, or promotions, ensuring they align with the brand's voice and goals while increasing engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in creating social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail in content creation.
• Proficient in social media analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
• Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for storytelling.
