The candidate will be responsible for maximising our sales directly & through sales team for Automated warehouse division for products like ASRS, mini load Systems etc. The GM-Sales & marketing will be responsible for revenue generation across products & regions. The candidate will co-ordinate withe clients, vendors & technology partners abroad. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of the AS/RS & related products, parts & functions and must understand the scientific process that make these systems.
Prepare & deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers & prospective customers Achieve growth & hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design & implement a strategic business plan that expands companies customer base and ensure its strong presence own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team. Build & promote string, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs. present sales, revenue & expenses reports & realistic forecasts to the management. Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of the new products & completion status. Candidate should have strong business sense & storage systems industry expertise. candidate should have excellent mentoring, coaching & people management skills. Participate in conferences & seminar to promote the company. Lead in techno-commercial meetings with customers. Candidate should have strong negotiation skills Candidate should have excellent project management skills. Candidate must get installations of storage systems at customer site- organised, managed & supervised & ensure that the installations are as per standards
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical along with MBA in marketing equivalent Min Exp. 8-10 years (4-5 years domain expertise will be preferred) Age group: above 45 years
