Job Title: Java Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coding and a strong background in core Java along with expertise in Java frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring Boot. As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code in core Java.
• Utilize Java frameworks, including Hibernate and Spring Boot, to enhance application functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, software architects, and other team members to integrate software components seamlessly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Java development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 04 + years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in core Java programming.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with web application development and RESTful services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Agile/Scrum development process experience.
• Certification in Java development is a plus.
