Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and be comfortable working with modern technologies and development methodologies. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications.
• System Design & Integration: Collaborate with architects and senior developers to design and implement system components and integrations.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of existing applications to meet established performance benchmarks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, assist in their professional growth, conduct code reviews, and help with problem-solving.
• Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation related to system architecture, APIs, and development processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Java Frameworks: Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.), Hibernate, or similar.
• Web Technologies: Proficiency in web technologies such as RESTful APIs, microservices, etc.
• Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM tools.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
• Front-End Technologies: Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (preferred).
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Build Tools: Familiarity with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerization: Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
