Factory Manager ( Domestic )

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management: Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production schedules are met and products meet quality standards.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead the production team, including training, developing, and motivating employees to achieve high performance.
Process Optimization: Implement and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of raw materials, and minimize wastage.
