Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement brand strategies for Acute, Anti-Infective, Cardio-Diabetic, and Anti-Diabetic segments to drive market share and profitability.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
- Manage the product lifecycle from launch to growth and maturity phases.
2. Marketing & Promotion:
- Create and execute marketing plans, promotional materials, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality promotional inputs (brochures, visual aids, LBLs, etc.) for field teams.
3. Sales Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify market trends and support product positioning strategies.
- Conduct product training sessions for sales teams to ensure a deep understanding of product benefits and positioning.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Analyze market data, sales trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Track competitor activities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
5. New Product Development:
- Identify and launch new product opportunities based on evolving customer and market needs.
- Collaborate with R&D for new product formulation and clinical trials as required.
6. Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Prepare annual sales and marketing budgets for assigned products.
- Forecast product demand and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
7. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all promotional materials, campaigns, and product launches comply with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:
Education: B. Pharma / M. Pharma / MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience: 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management.
Proven track record in managing Acute, Anti-Infective, Cardio-Diabetic, and Anti-Diabetic segments is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing principles and product life cycle management.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
