We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the marketing strategies and brand communication plans for our Gynae Portfolio.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, execute promotional strategies, and ensure successful market positioning.
This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic planning, and the ability to launch and manage products effectively within the pharmaceutical industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and brand communication plans for assigned brands.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute strategic and tactical campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and track promotional investments to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless marketing operations and task execution.
- Provide promotional support, medical insights, and strategic ideas to field colleagues.
- Organize and participate in review meetings with field colleagues and senior management.
- Work closely with senior sales managers to track and analyze brand performance.
- Identify and launch new products in alignment with company strategies.
- Prepare annual brand and therapy plans and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct market research using external and internal data to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Influencers (KBIs) in collaboration with CRM and Sales teams.
- Support participation in national/state conferences and CME programs with innovative ideas and execution plans.
- Plan and participate in sales review and strategy meetings to align business goals.
- Ensure optimal utilization of promotional budgets while maintaining effectiveness.
- Conduct fieldwork and on-the-job training with the sales team to enhance performance and business growth.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor or MBA in Marketing.
- 3-4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, preferably in the Gynae Portfolio.
- Strong brand management skills across the product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and drive strategic decisions.
- Strong scientific knowledge to support medical marketing.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt, unlearn, and re-learn in a dynamic market environment.
- Experience in new product launches within the pharmaceutical industry
