Senior Manager - Product Marketing - Nutraceuticals (3-6 yrs)

Qualification : Science/Pharmacy graduate with MBA (Marketing/sales Management)

Job profile - Sr. Product Manager

Responsible for conceiving, designing and executing product strategies, as per annual business plan. Drive/facilitate sales team to achieve business by creating brands.

Activities:

- Annual marketing plans including product strategy, positioning, pricing strategy and marketing programs .

- Seek & allocate necessary resources. Responsible for delivery on revenue & marketing spend targets.

- Set up planning, tracking & review systems. Follow through on implementation, track to ensure delivery on budget, if necessary with corrective action plan .

- Train sales team on necessary product, disease and management knowledge.

- Develop competitive intelligence. Define information needs & commission research / surveys to gather competitive industry knowledge.

- Guide team in developing knowledge & make informed business decisions on product positioning, market opportunities.

- Define direction for future business .Develop long term new product pipeline & lead Product Development process. Identify & work on market development opportunities

- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and consultants to create and execute relevant market research programs.

- Disease and market understanding to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools

- Meet/interact with customers on regular basis-internal & external to keep open the 2 way communication channel

Education: Science/Pharmacy Degree with MBA (Marketing/sales Management)

Experience: Brand Management experience of at least 3 - 6 years in Pharmaceuticals/Nutraceutical/Biotechnology companies with 3+ years of overall experience.
