Proficient in understating the EDI architecture and experienced in working in EDIFACT
documents and AS2 transmission protocols
Documentation skills for all EDI processes
Provide operational monitoring, administration support and error resolution for all EDI
transaction types
Onboarding new customers by identification of gaps in the EDIFACT files and working
with technical team to update and add the segments required for the particular
customer/geography as per the statutory requirements of the region
Understanding of established EDI Standards, SOX controls and standard processes
Working with trading partners to set up and identify changes required to set up
transaction types like 850 (orders), 810 (invoices), 855(order response), 856(Dispatch
advices)
Conduct demo sessions with business to show the EDI transaction flow and
demonstrate the process of setting up new sites and address and transaction types in
the respective portal and setting up in EDI trading partner set up form
Prepare BRD documentation and configuration documentations.
Prepare MD50 documentation to describe the solution design for the gaps that are
identified in the edifact requirements for a particular customer and the gap between the
trading partner format
Preparation of training documents to make the end users familiar with the trading partner
portal to search and fix issues in invoices, orders, order responses and Despatch
advices
