EBS R12 ASCP Functional Consultant

Skills: Core SCM modules, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Capacity Planning, Inventory, Work In Process (WIP) transactions

Work Mode: Hybrid & Remote

Must have Requirement: Should have worked for clients, must have strong communication skills (verbal /nonverbal) and should possess the ability to effectively guide and direct our Oracle EBS technical team.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise:

1. Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in Oracle EBS R12 manufacturing modules, including ASCP, Capacity Planning, Inventory, and WIP transactions.

2. Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to the team on complex manufacturing processes and challenges.

Project Management:

1. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

2. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

3. Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.

Technical Team Leadership:

1. Provide clear direction and mentorship to the Oracle EBS technical team.

2. Review and evaluate technical designs and implementations.

3. Resolve technical issues and challenges.

4. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Business Analysis:

1. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

2. Translate business needs into functional specifications.

3. Identify and recommend process improvements.

Implementation and Support:

1. Participate in the implementation of Oracle EBS R12 manufacturing solutions.

2. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Continuous Learning:

1. Stay up to date with the latest Oracle EBS R12 developments and best practices.

2. Participate in training and certifications to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 manufacturing modules.

2. Strong understanding of ASCP, Capacity Planning, Inventory, and WIP transactions.

3. Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Experience with project management methodologies.

7. Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.

8. Oracle EBS R12 certification is a plus.
