Role & responsibilities
1. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
2. Answer phone calls and emails and take messages on behalf of the manager
3. Follow up with organisational members to oversee the completion of delegated tasks of manager and ensure deadlines are met
4. Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings for further action
5. Schedule meetings and manage calendars
6. Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
7. Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

2. 2-3 years of experience
3. Proficiency in MS excel, Word
