Business Analyst - Global Payments Platform (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements documentation (IDDs, BRDs) for GPP implementations and payment system integrations.

- Deep dive into SEPA Instant/Payments, ISO 20022 XML, SWIFT, EDI, and GPP functionalities to identify areas for improvement and streamline payment processes.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, product, operations) to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the GPP integration lifecycle.

- Design and implement solutions to enhance payment processing efficiency, leveraging the capabilities of GPP.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations (PSD, AML, OFAC) impacting global payments and ensure compliance within our systems.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to internal teams on GPP functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the payments domain.

- In-depth knowledge of GPP (Global Payments Platform) and its functionalities.

- Strong understanding of SEPA Instant/Payments, ISO 20022 XML, SWIFT, EDI, and other relevant payment processing standards.

- Experience working with FIS and other payment processing systems a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
