Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?


  • Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to your sales team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that each team member is effectively managing their responsibilities and meeting targets.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate customer leads and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with Ivy Homes goals and market trends.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about product updates, market conditions, and competing products, ensuring the team is well-equipped to effectively position Ivy Homes.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and drive sales success.
  • Oversee the management and updating of the customer database, ensuring that leads are followed up on promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.
  • Support your team in closing deals, overcoming objections, and achieving sales targets.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?


  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the Real Estate Industry.
  • More than 1 year of Leadership experience is mandatory within the Residential Real Estate Industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and build long-term relationships.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, negotiation tactics, and market dynamics in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment, with the flexibility to work weekends and travel within the Bangalore region as required.
