Job Details:

• Working Days: 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sundays off)
• Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Location: Vadodara (with pickup and drop facility from campus)

Job Description:

• Collect and analyze student feedback as per university norms, sharing the results with the Head of Department (HOD).
• Coordinate recruitment and orientation processes for new hires and assist with HR-related issues.
• Ensure smooth conduct of lectures and exams in coordination with the academic and exam teams.
• Coordinate administrative arrangements for academic and placement events.
• Maintain required records/data for all campuses.
• Address student grievances related to marks cards, certificates, etc.
• Ensure high-quality academic infrastructure is in place across all campuses.
• Assist BU Head with curriculum review and approval processes.
• Attend and keep records of faculty and academic committee meetings.
• Manage student affairs, accommodation, welfare, and academic programs.
• Plan and coordinate key events such as orientation, convocations, and other academic events.
• Devise and communicate policies related to academic affairs.
• Maintain insight reports on academic matters.
• Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement new strategies.
• Ability to organize and decipher large amounts of data.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provide timely updates to the supervisor regarding operational issues.
