Executive - Academic Operations

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Making Time table on a weekly basis.
• Conducting Parents teacher meeting after phase test.
• Taking feedback after every phase test.
• Making Academic plans every year
• Regular follow-up with the parents regarding their wards absenteeism.
• Meeting with teachers on a daily basis for course flow, syllabus follow-up, and student parents-related issues.
• Coordination with Faculty members for making all Question paper.
• Conduction of quizzes, phase tests of all segment batches
• Compilation of JEE Application Numbers.
• Taking care of FIITJEE Students.
• Interacting with Parents for their grievances.

Skills required- Proficiency in MS Excel and good communication skills
