Responsibilities:
1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
2. Achieve student admission targets and contribute to overall sales objectives.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and pitch suitable programs.
4. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
5. Counsel and interact with students and parents, providing guidance throughout the selection of courses, application process, and meeting application deadlines.
6. Assist students in obtaining necessary documentation for the application process.
7. Provide information regarding admissions requirements, enrollment procedures, and other related processes to students, parents, and guardians.
8. Coordinate the systematic and efficient handling of applications and communicate with parents of student applicants.
Requirements:
1. Ability to empathize with students and parents, building strong relationships through conversations.
2. Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.
3. Proven expertise in converting leads into sales.
4. Experience working with CRM systems.
5. Fluency in English and Hindi languages is mandatory.
6. Strong listening and presentation skills.
7. Education: Any Graduation is must.
Work Experience - Min 8 months into Ed-tech field
Working Days: 6 days.
