Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities:

The Recruitment Intern will be assisting the Recruitment Team. The responsibilities would involve the below but are not limited to:

• Driving recruitment activities.
  
• Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates from different online portals.
  
• Assisting in ideating and designing referral campaigns for the organization.
  
• Scheduling interviews and updating the candidates on the interview process.
  
• Manage applicants database on Applicant Tracking Software- Zoho Recruit.
  
• Working on designing and executing various recruitment pilots.
  
• Helping in lead generation of college and university contacts across the country.
