Brand Executive (Performance Marketing)

Key deliverables:

1. Work with brand team to grow the ecommerce business through effective on and off platform performance marketing interventions
2. Deliver best in class executional excellence and strategic direction to performance marketing agency
3. Work with media team, brands team, and key accounts team to synergize investments, align plans and execute OTIF
4. Suggest marketing strategies with search and display assets to deliver on ROAS targets, volume and share growth
5. Guide and monitor analysts across teams in performance marketing agency on tactical implementation in line with the strategic goals
6. Scan the industry/market for e-commerce and DTC trends to provide insights on new models of growth hacking
7. Drive experiments and new initiatives across product categories to validate key business assumptions on pricing, discount, ad spends etc.
8. Co-lead daily, weekly and monthly reviews with platforms, marketplaces and brand teams

Key skills:

1. Strong analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills in the advertising domain
2. Understanding of inventory and assets available for advertisement on various ecommerce platforms
3. Experience in running on-platform performance campaigns on Amazon, Quick Commerce etc.
4. Team player with business acumen and ability to work under pressure
5. Agile and extremely good with numbers
6. Extensive experience (4-5 years of work experience) in e-commerce

Experience in digital marketing and DTC will be a plus
