Assistant Manager PR

Role:

To create MIS and build media lists, help with internal and external communication creatives for PR Highlights. The role will include making award entries, drafting press releases, as well as play an active role in execution of influencer campaigns.

The role is for a proactive individual with good communication skills (written and verbal). The role will involve execution and deployment of PR campaigns, content writing, and assist with documentation, and operations related to campaign planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of PR activities monitoring campaign progress, assist in working with external teams to create effective PR campaigns
• Maintain MIS of PR articles, updating the Number of News articles carried across publications & sites categorizing the same under identified categories
• Measurement and Reporting – tracking the effectiveness of the campaign – PR; documentation and report making
• News & social tracking for Brands and competitors through the Command Centre
• Logistics and operations – managing logistics of product deliveries for media, tracking campaign payments, notes, processes

Profile Details

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in any field.
• Experience in Communication / Journalism / Public Relations is an added advantage

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to understand Brands and its operations to enhance Brand PR and build the database for Consumer press
• Experience of managing communications agencies or an agency client servicing team
