Key Responsibilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements..
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT systems, with a focus on ATM-related processes..
Partner with the IT team to design, develop, and implement solutions for ATM functionalities, including cash withdrawal, deposit, reconciliation, and monitoring..
Conduct gap analyses and propose process improvements or technology enhancements for ATM operations..
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align stakeholders on project objectives..
Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories related to ATM systems..
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for ATM systems to ensure solutions meet business expectations..
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders..
Provide post-implementation support, including training and issue resolution..
Required Skills And Qualifications.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field..
3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role..
Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)..
Knowledge of ATM processes, including cash management, transaction processing, and monitoring systems..
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and other project management tools..
Basic knowledge of database systems, APIs, and technical architecture is a plus..
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills..
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment..
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams..
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments..
Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)..
Familiarity with ATM switch systems, EMV standards, or PCI DSS compliance..
Experience with reconciliation processes and ATM monitoring tools..
