Urgent Opening For Facility Executive Technical

Key Responsibilities

• Report to Facility Manager for all tasks related to M&E services in common areas, Work stations & within the site.
• Provision of 24/7 M&E Services which includes operations & maintenance of all electrical on site as per defined processes.
• Coordination with all AMC vendors to ensure smooth operations & maintenance with proper safety.
• To maintain all equipment history cards for all electrical & mechanical installations on site.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all the electro-mechanical system installed in the premises.
• Ensure minimal power interruption to floors all time.
• Should be able to trouble shoot of Sync panel & PLC panel at the time of power blackout and able to shift load on DGs manually with minimal time.
• Able to read SLD’s form end to end and suggest for any changes to get effective services.
• Should be able to maintain clean & safe workplace at substation, DG yard & electrical rooms.
• Monitoring of day to day power consumption and analyze the report.
• Maintain earthing system to ensure earth continuity at all point in the electrical system.
• Trouble shooting of all the problems on L.T. and rectify the problems internally or in coordination with the AMC Vendors, as the case may be.
• Inspecting of all electro mechanical equipment's are being properly maintain as per PPM schedule.
• Ensure visual inspection of all critical equipment's like(UPS, Panels, DB’s, Starters, VFD’s….etc).
• Maintain daily electrical consumption, log books & other records as required by Client.
• Monitoring & Maintaining the EHS & OSHAS regulations and coordinate the authorized vendors.
• Updating the inputs on monthly consumption data (Power, water, engineering consumables) as required by the Client.
• Checking of Utility, UPS logs, if any deviations instruct to team to rectify.
• Maintain of Consumable store record and updating weekly.
• Maintaining the break downs, PPM, and efficiency test service reports.
• Fulfill the employees requirements as per the client instructions.
• Plans, trains, and monitor the performance of facility staff and their departments.
• Manage, motivate, and develop facility staff.
• Ensure team maintain discipline and grooming standards.
• Should be able to maintain 33KV/11KV Substation.
• Ensure all are equipments are operational.
• Coordination with BMS team, OEMs and Vendors.
