Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Environment Health Safety Lead in Bengaluru. The Environment Health Safety Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Environment Health and Safety (EHS), including Health & Safety, Environmental Awareness, Occupational Health, and Training. The Lead will ensure compliance with EHS regulations, conduct risk assessments, develop safety protocols, and provide training to employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management
• Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines and practices
• Familiarity with Environmental Awareness regulations
• Understanding of Occupational Health principles
• Ability to develop and conduct training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Certifications in relevant EHS programs (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus
• Experience in the Facility Management industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
