Billing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage and process monthly bills accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with internal teams for necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly bills based on supporting documents and approvals.
• Track all pending bills and ensure timely processing.
• Accurately calculate bill values, considering all relevant factors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify supporting documents.
• Ensure billing targets are met within deadlines.
• Prepare Running Account Bills (RA Bills) and maintain proper records.
• Ensure all billing activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Bill reconciliation with clients

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• years of experience in billing, accounts, or a similar role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
