Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - UI/UX - with expertise in AI-driven design principles to join our MADTECH.AI team. In this highly collaborative and technical role, you will lead the enhancement of the user experience for our AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. You will combine your advanced UI/UX design knowledge with your technical understanding of AI technologies to create seamless, intuitive interfaces that deliver high-value user experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including AI specialists, data scientists, developers, and product managers, you will work to ensure that our platform not only meets business goals but also drives innovation through cutting-edge design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI-Enhanced Design Strategy:

Lead the integration of AI into the design process by utilizing data-driven design, AI-powered personalization, and predictive analytics to continuously optimize user experiences.

2. Collaborative Product Management:

Work closely with AI and data science teams to incorporate intelligent features, such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and recommendation systems, into the design process.

3. User-Centered Research Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive user research, including AI-assisted sentiment analysis, heatmap tracking, and data-driven persona development to inform the design strategy.

4. Prototyping with AI Insights:

Use advanced AI-based prototyping tools to simulate user interactions, ensuring that user feedback and behavioral data are incorporated into design iterations.

5. Iterative Design Process:

Leverage AI tools for continuous testing, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and behavioral analytics, to refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups based on real-time data.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, and QA teams to ensure that design solutions align with the technical capabilities of the AI features, including algorithms and machine learning models.

7. AI-Driven Personalization:

Develop and implement AI-driven UI elements that personalize the user experience based on data insights, improving user satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

8. Data Analytics User Testing:

Use AI tools for advanced usability testing (e.g., eye-tracking, click-stream analysis) to identify friction points and optimize the UI/UX design.

9. AI Ethics Accessibility:

Ensure AI features adhere to ethical standards, enhance transparency and inclusivity, and ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines for accessible design.

10. Documentation Reporting:

Present data-backed design insights and decisions to stakeholders, utilizing AI analytics dashboards to visualize and explain user behavior and design impact.
